people who have never volunteered, and never intend to volunteer to staff a Con need to stop complaining when lines are long or when things aren't going as planned. And they also need to stop saying that cons should just "start paying people" but also complain when registration is expensive. There's lots of things to criticize Cons for, but yelling at people about logistics, when 50% of their volunteers just do not show up isn't the move..
