Personally, I'd wipe it and reload. Don't want people getting pictures of my balls.
I put Vigilante on my old phone and it started telling me my camera was getting activated for no apparent reason, so I did a factory reset and that problem went away. I figured it was the NSA trying to get pictures of my balls.
