It's about various kinds of "digital dependencies" (infrastructures, electronic components and so on). We'll have case-studies from Cuba and other places with heavy dependencies on foreign solutions. But also tools that help "measure" those dependencies (like the Digital Dependence Index from the team of Maximilian Mayer from University of Bonn).
