Gm nostriches, visiting ma, getting a chance to sort a trip to a hospital appointment a year after I “got to” hot foot it over to take over from my cousin after she had had a stroke. Tough times, but grateful I was able to be there and then step up with the fam to get her back to health.

Great morning is wales, not the most sun, but fresh air, hills to talk on, animals out in the wild and the #dogstr to provide the excuse.

Cinema later and then picked up from steak for dinner tonight to continue her road to recovery!!!
