Combine all the stuff besides your sparkling wine, add 20% water, then combine with the bubbles as you serve each glass.\n\n\n\n- 4 dashes orange bitters\n\n- 5-6 dashes Chartreuse Vegetal\n\n- ½ oz lemon juice\n\n- ½ oz fig syrup\n\n- 1½ oz cognac\n\n- 3 oz sparkling wine\n\n\n\nShake // strain // float // Garnish: lemon peel\n\n\n\nMethod: set bubbles aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
