if you had push in use already, then no need to change anything.

If you're setting it up freshly then justrefresh the collections list in the davx5 account, in the details view it will then see that the server is rdy for push. a distributer for the push is automatically selected from davx5. if you want to change it you can do so in the DAVx5 settings at the bottom.
