#FediCoven 2026 Q4: How do you identify? (Witch, druid, pagan, shaman, medium, 'all of the above'?)

I identity as an eclectic neo-pagan witch wielding some green tinted chaos magic.
That sort of grew and evolved overtime. But I've never called myself wiccan. Despite the focus on nature, it's too god/goddess focussed for me. That doesn't seem to be my cup of tea.
My practice is built from more local more Germanic heathenry and contains more spirits than deities, but I've also absorbed a lot. So, I also resonate with some animism, a bit of Greek pantheon (specifically Hekate), some Druidic concepts.
What makes me identify as a witch, is that is feels like an apt description of my path and practice. I'm always doing something symbolic, or ritualistic. But also, I think about authority and consent, and don't like hierarchies.
Another part is me owning and being proud of being different. And, sort of standing in solidarity with those who have, are, or will be, facing issues in that regard.
