Walked four dogs this morning, then grocery shopped (including hauling home some heavy stuff by hand because I didn't ride my bike or bring the wheelie cart) and now I really want a nap. Going to try and hold out though and not nap so I sleep at a normal time, since I've had a headache on and off since Thursday night probably due to poor sleep and I'd like to vanquish it if possible.
