I have some services at home (mostly managing video recordings) that I can access from outside. It took me a while to realise that while I can access them from (e.g.) rental properties, I can't usually access them from hotels.
This is because most hotel chains are still IPv4-only, but a lot of small room/cottage rentals are using recent consumer equipment, and about half of them support IPv6.
(My home is native IPv6 enabled, because of nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnddaehgu3wwp6kyqpq57fz8d37d0qj6v7zy9vu2ysrh5q5crxaylxx6m02l3yer775vcgslnsl7c (nprofile…sl7c) ).
