For the meat:
1 pound venison tenderloin , sliced thin
1½ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup diced onion
½ teaspoon salt
cooking spray

For the salsa
2 cups diced strawberries
1 small jalapeno , seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely minced onion
1 medium lime , juiced

For the avocado cream
½ avocado
½ cup sour cream
½ lime , juiced
½ cup cilantro , chopped
