Or like, I have ADHD, sure. But I still learned to be punctual in the last 2 years, through technique and perseverance, after a lifetime of lateness.
My grandma self-taught Spanish in her 80s. I'm sure she made slower progress than a child or a 40-year-old, but she did learn enough to read simple books and get around when she'd come visit us in Spain.
I do believe many things get harder with time... But there are so many ways to improve and care for ourselves. 💖
