Alternately you've run into the chicken and the egg "problem" (well, it has a solution in technical fact, but we'll put that aside.) You want there to *already* be conservatives here to follow conservatives in large numbers so that conservatives can come here to be followed in large numbers.
Because without an algorithm to force them onto people's feeds, people pick who they follow and most here are liberal thus won't follow conservatives.
