The treasury should only issue money in proportion to liquidity needs for trade/utilization, not in the form bonds as an (((investment vehicle))). Money itself is not a form of speculation, and shouldn't be issued as such. Money also shouldn't be issued off debt to central bank jews, whom literally create it out of thin air. Fractional reserve banking fundamentally forces the existence of currency expansion for the sake of debt repayment. Usury should be banned by pain of death.
