it would probably require gathering a large list of media types that might be undesirable for people. for example one could want to let violent or horror media through but block everything that is sexual. but there's some people who would be okay with cartoonish or implied violence and only a specific type of sexual media and so on. but who would make such list? would we have tags like "this has blood in it" and "this has fire in it" and "this has fire in it but in a non-violent context" and so on to cover everything?
