Dentist office called me back and I had to do Advocating For My Child stuff and so got off the phone in a social anxiety spiral - thus the anxiety-gardening. And then got to thinking about all the health professionals that have let my child down and then all the educational professionals that have let me child down - and therefore let me down when they were supposed to be helping - and thus the anxiety-gardening turning into rage-gardening. But I'm feeling better for all that because I was crushing some weeds the whole time, and I totally won. And now I'm going to eat some lunch and feel victorious.
