We're slow at work this morning so I'm reading up on late summer and fall forage sources for honeybee and native pollinators on the Missouri Conservation site. I never realized Missouri has 23 different types of goldenrod and 24 types of New World asters. I've learned a lot about our native plants and trees the last few years. In spring I rubberneck the blooming trees (black locust/tulip poplar) so hard Melissa offers to drive. 🤦🏼♂️
