If he wasn't so openly anti-White in his points (I think he imagines it as left vs right), I'd be alright with him. But also, the lawsuit has a lot of open questions. If he provided material support for the guy to go stand outside where the man in question lives and accuse him of being a Satanist pedophile, then, honestly, the guy might have a case. He will obviously tell his side with puppydog eyes, but a lot of time this causes of action are not spurious enough to be thrown out entirely even if the YouTuber really wants them to be.
Obviously, them dropping the case was not them "thinking they're going to lose." It was process-as-punishment. They want him to spend a shit ton of money. That's the whole goal so they don't even need to win and the goal isn't getting the video/doc taken down, it's costing him a bunch of money. Which is shitty, but that's our Pay-2-Win justice system for you.
