Had to tell a golf bud to stop trying to talk politics with me today. She'd decided we'd find common ground on Elon Musk being a great guy. When I asked her why she thought I'd like a fascist, who's disowned his own trans chid, she looked at me weird and said, 'I guess you like that Kamala woman too?' (Keep in mind, we live in Aotearoa- so doubly strange) I just said yes, and told her to stop. How, after 5 years, has she not figured out how different we are?
