I'd like to visit Wulf's kitchen, please, as it is likely to offer warmth, tea, good food, and even better company (dragon included, if I am lucky).
As for places to avoid, the quarries of Mons Arbuini that also serve as a prison are not exactly a pleasant location, so steering clear of them seems like the wisest choice.
