There are many API services for transcription, but I'm looking to do so on the device, without sending data to a server. Google/Android can transcribe on device, but don't expose that service for developer access.
This is a client app, not something on the podcast producer side. Some podcasts provide their own transcripts, but most don't, and there's not a consistent way to find or access transcripts from those that do.
