you can't do anything, other than get a DNS auth server that doesn't charge by volume of queries.
spammers, state actors, all sorts of folks have huge lists of domain names they regularly door knock on, which generates DNS queries. some of them seem to have access to TLD registry info, so as soon as you register a new domain, you'll be part of the list.
