You have possibly felt this weird shift from hiring candidate, to employee. And the way loyalty and care changes significantly. It's why bursting the membrane by leaking, whistleblowing or just saying things that make the company look bad is punished in the extreme. You are not being punished an an capitalist employee from the outside but as a disloyal communist subject on the inside.

There are of course organisations which don't have this kind of membrane structure...
