As in, that's the name of the genre.
Here's the Wikipedia entry for it:

Here's examples of artists who made "beautiful music":
- Mantovani
- 101 Strings Orchestra
- Percy Faith
- Paul Mauriat
- Ray Conniff
- Bert Kaempfert
And if you want to hear what this music sounds like, here's an example on YouTube from a radio broadcast:

If you're older than 60, you might be aware of this genre. But thankfully, it's died out.
You know how much music is on a 1,800 ft reel-to-reel tape running at 1⅞ IPS?
6 hours and 24 minutes.
I am listening to 6 hours and 24 minutes of "beautiful music" recorded from a radio---made all the way back in the 1960s.
For the first hour, I was like, "This has historical value!"
I'm now in the third hour---almost finished the first side---and I have profound feelings of violence. There is nothing beautiful about this music. It is rage inducing.
I now understand why Satanic Panic was a thing.
