This idea won't work for everyone! But it builds my self discipline, helps me feel like I'm getting traction when I'm overwhelmed, makes me accomplish SOMETHING positive when I'm depressed, and keeps me from overloading when I'm in high gear -- because once I've done my cards, and anything time sensitive, I can stop for the day. I don't HAVE to, but I CAN. Without guilt. Which is really lovely!
