I just attached the skirt to the bodice. It’s getting dark and I find the blue thread tricky to see, so the rest will wait for daylight. I need to remove the gathering threads, finish and press that seam, and hand stitch the bodice lining over it. Then it’s just the hems and front closure.
Best of all, I’ve tried it on and it fits and feels comfortable- phew 😅
