Good morning from Paulina Peak in the Newberry National Volcanic Monument! Hiking a loop with a few inches of powder. Not sure if the monument is actually open, Apple refused to route me and Google snuck me in on 10 miles of dirt road. On thing for certain is there is nobody around. Got to use the snow mode on the CRV for the first time. Beautiful day! Off to check out the snow dusted lava below.
