Back then I often was irritated how well I coped with all that. Anxiety is a thing for me, too!
Now I think it's probably because of my ADHD-brain. New stuff is exciting, even if it's bad new stuff, and my brain just loves that! But back then I didn't know that I have ADHD (which is a completely different story...)
