I don't think you get it. If a server administrator makes the decision to block an account or a whole server it's because they've received a lot of reports about said account or server that informs them that leaving them as-is is harmful to their users. It's not just a willy nilly, just done on a whim thing. Especially not blocking whole servers. That is a big decision.
If a person chooses to block an account because they don't like what that account says, that's their choice.
