"content": "SUNDAY SERVICE\n\n\n\n¾ oz lemon juice\n\n¾ oz ginger liqueur\n\n½ oz Aperol\n\n1½ oz Tequila blanco\n\n\n\nGarnish: cucumber slice\n\nMethod: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake. Open pour, top with more crushed ice, and garnish by dabbing the cucumber slice(s) in black pepper before placing on the edge of the glass.\n\n\n\nVery nice afternoon sipper. I found this one quite savory on its own.
