“Matriarchy is not patriarchy with a woman on top. Matriarchy is a circle, with the children, the future, in the centre and feminine intelligence around that centre, with masculine intelligence around them both. Masculine intelligence is like an engine, where feminine intelligence is like a compass. In the patriarchy we've let the engine be the compass.”
