So, my niece's X account was hacked because she is a retard who uses the same password for everything despite me telling her not to, because it seems using a password manager is too hard for zoomers.
Following simple instructions also seem to be too hare for them, because she asked me to solve it for her since following what was told to her in the email support sent was too hard.
OK, no problem. X has a very neat form you can use for when your account was compromised. I filled all the info and waited.

Well, the password reset system asked me twice for an auth code sent to the email to make sure I own the account. I provided it both times. Still, at the end it asked for the 2FA code.

No problem. The support email had a helpful link where I could denounce a suspicious 2FA added to my account. I went there and filled the form with all the info.

Except I can't login, because the password was changed.
