One thing that really bugs me every time I go to Aldi and I have my backpack with me (which is often because I ride my bike to the shops a lot) is they must have a really strict backpack check policy because they ask to check it every single time, through the self-checkouts, through the normal checkouts, every single time. I understand shoplifting happens but it's pretty clear I'm not in there stuffing shit into my backpack then buying stuff at the register, and even if I was I would simply put it in the front pocket which they never check anyway. Like, come on don't you have cameras and security watching out for actual shoplifters? I think I'm at the point where I'll just go to Coles or Woolies as they never stop me and make me open my bag up like a common criminal. Anyway, rant over. Thanks for listening hahaha
