If you have a published relay list, we automatically import it as soon as you log in via NIP-65. If you don’t have a published list, or you’re a new user who just created an nsec, we provide a default list of well-known relays that you still have full control over. The same applies to both relays and media servers. As for spam, we built a pretty solid pattern-recognition system that automatically hunts it down. Some still slips through but we keep optimizing it since it’s an ongoing cat/mouse game.
