Well elon is ultimately the sole owner of twitter now its no longer publicly traded if he feels the ADL defames him its pretty hard too say it hurt you when you yourself are hosting the defamation. Like ive said anti trust in my opinion is a stronger case and one that would actually have real consequences. ADL could hypothetically just settle.
