Gender crazy was mostly distal to my direct experience when it was in its prime. Mostly friends claiming they never heard to what is going on etc. It seems to be creeping in more and more in what, by global accounts, seems to be the end of gender crazy.
I had to interact with a children's dance teacher with giant "THEY" and "THEM" earrings (her hairstyle and clothes also seemed up to code). It's not that hard to remember that people can enjoy their own religion...still hard not to try to think ahead and think about the most civil way to deal with a gender crazy interaction.
