The USB stuff always has shitty bugs, especially Realtek (if I have to, I prefer ASIX for 'classic' USB).
Considering this is the 1st 10GE adapter they're making, I'd be extremely careful re. bugs (if anything doesn't work it'll likely be the adapter's fault), and performance is probably not gonna be great.
