So I'm trying to get around not having Google Wallet by using the Rakuten Pay app (楽天パイ) with my SMBC Visa credit card as the source of funds. According to the Rakuten help site it should work with all Visa credit cards, but I'm constantly getting a maintenance error (see image). Felica (おサイフケータイ) works too with Suica, etc for trains.

Grapheneの携帯は楽天パイのダッチが支払可能？

Has anyone got this to work ?
