It's literally an index card box. Filled with lots of different colored index cards. On which are written things like: "TASK: clean earrings" or "SCENE: Character A & B meeting for 1st time, cap of 1000 words." There's also cards for "ARTIST DATE: solo lunch at favorite restaurant, take notebook, doodle" and "PLAY: Blow bubbles 10 min".
I used to try organizing what went on the cards by color. Blue for housework, yellow for research, white for writing scenes. Yeah, that didn't last...
