I’d like to weigh in with a public service announcement. I learned many years ago that there’s always the possibility to be trapped in car after a wreck. The frame warps, doors may not open, seatbelts may not release. That’s why I always had a car window breaker Velcro’d to the carpet right beside the driver seat. The model shown below has a nice weighted pointy hammer for breaking windows, while the other end has a recessed blade for cutting seatbelts. Never had to use one, and never drove without one.
All that said, Tesla stinks.
