Music from the 1970s that remans timeless, no.3
Stealers Wheel. Stuck In The Middle With You
Now forever associate with Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs, Stealers Wheel's major (only?) hit is a great bit of funky folk rock with some great slide guitar & that stuttering rhythm backing a Bob Dylan-like vocal. As you'l see a lot of in this list, it comes out of the 70s British period of 'pub rock' when small venues were able to foster some amazing (and subsequently successful) bands.
