We said goodbye to my mom yesterday. What a long road it’s been. I’m so sad the last 2 years of her life were filled with so much medical trauma and pain and am relieved that her suffering is over. She will be deeply missed. My poor dad, 61 years of marriage, I can’t even imagine. He is just heartbroken 😢
