I have been learning Korean for fun, because 2024 has been terrible and this gives me something positive to focus on.
I have been struggling with writing the characters though. My handwriting in English is godawful, it is godawful in Dutch, and so I figured it was also just godawful with Hangeul.
Today I got a new fountain pen and suddenly writing the characters is SO MUCH better. Almost immediately. They are way more legible to me.
Maybe my other handwriting is bad because I still haven't found the right pen for it yet? Gives me a good excuse to expand my collection I guess. 😇
