sleep timing normalizing somewhat, past 2 days
only sleeping 5-6h per cycle despite major sleep debt; plus a period of severe fatigue during the wake portion of the day each day but oddly only dozing during that, past 3 days
"+" energy state when not acutely fatigued
weirdly euthymic "+" mood most of the time
makes me wonder if some kind of push-pull is happening that's maintaining euthymic mood for the time being. the short sleep duration despite acute sleep debt is really unusual for me.
