Medikinet 60mg = laser attention, no getting locked in menial tasks as with Elvanse.
In exchange for worse emotional function. I can do more of what I have to do because I can create dopamine from frustration.
Elvanse = tonic dopa
Methylphenidate (concerta, Medikinet) = phasic dopa, worst crash amplified reapsortion. Avoidable with 150mg Bupropion at 8pm.
With Elvanse I do a lot but little of it is what I actually set to do.
I think phasic dopa is the one that can push it enough to do actual work.
I wish I had study psychiatry or neuropsychiatry. I instinctively figure this shit out.
