Bah! I looked up how to warm up the car, and the manual says to not do that for "mechanical and environmental reasons." Ok sure, but I am not driving a frozen vehicle, either. Anyway, it goes on to say that if you start it, close the door, and take the keys, the car will lock, and the electronic locks *only* work if the car is off.
