riseup is NOT explicitly mentioned but if this kind of thing worries you, then i would recommend taking your precautions now. as i said, they're definitely in their sights and have their servers in the usa so they can take much harsher actions more easily. likewise, similar providers like systemli and disroot are probably also up for sanctions
i am NOT suggesting anybody go to gmail or other fashtech. i'm not even suggesting you necessarily leave autistici/inventati! i'm saying that you should be aware of what threats are likely with these providers and for you to do your threat modeling appropriately
