I don't live in an English-speaking country and there is some concern that there are so many children of foreign parents that those children might not learn the local language properly, making schooling and just co-existing much harder.
I just heard a woman speak severely broken English with a child so chances are that communication-wise, that kid'll be seven kinds of messed up by the time it stabs its first teacher 😄
