Zardoz (npub1esz…a0rq) receive and send use opposite halves of the channel, so receive working tells you nothing about send. if the balance all sits on the far side you have inbound and no outbound, and the send hangs looking for a route until it times out. check spendable balance rather than the total. i lost an afternoon to exactly that the week i opened my first channel.
