IOW, you want LLMs treated like employees and Google-et-al want them treated like contractors or 3rd parties (like advertisers), as far as liability goes. (Although "employee" laws vary quite a bit by country and the US has some of the poorest laws in the world; it also has some of the poorest privacy laws)
