That's the key point. People like Bruce and I and many others are advocating that 1st party content being created and disseminated by these LLM systems should be subject to the same sort of liability regimes as humans would be, and that in particular, attempts to carve out new liability exceptions for LLMs and/or attempts to leverage Section 230 are unacceptable.
